Spotlessly clean house and very well equipped kitchen. Very helpful owner with good communication.
It would be useful to have shelves and clothing hanging .

The house was fine and served its purpose well. Great option if you are in La Fortuna for a few days. It also felt a bit safer inside the gated community.
Accommodations are very basic. The pool is a short walk away from the house. The community is still being built out - felt a little barren and isolated.

Nice and clean house. Everything is new.
Everything in construction around. Noisy. Pool is awesome but no facilities and not at the house ypu need to walk. No chair. Nothing you need to sit on the concrete. A little expensive.

Lovely property inside a gated condominium with security at the entrance—we felt very safe throughout our stay. The house is modern, clean, and comfortable, and there's a small shared swimming pool available. A small river runs through the condominium, which adds a nice touch to the setting—we even spotted a sloth there! The location is perfect—just minutes from downtown La Fortuna and close to most tour departure points, while being quite and private.
The house has large windows all around, which give it a modern and attractive look. However, they also make the interior very hot, creating a greenhouse effect. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, but not in the living room, which can get quite warm during the day
