The studio is located in a new development by the Pressure Tower on Rogozińskiego Street in Świnoujście. The charming area with the Zdrojowa Park (160 m) and the Swina River (100 m) provides relaxation from the hustle and bustle of the city. In addition, the coastal microclimate is conducive to the regeneration of strength, and the air rich in iodine contributes to a better well-being. The seaside scenery and the beautiful and rich natural-park surroundings, as well as the proximity of cycle paths, are the main attraction of this location. Approximately 20 minutes (1.4 km) separate the property from the beautiful sandy beach, which overlooks the Baltic Sea.
