Lake Avenue Lookout | Cozy Studio with Lake views

I was a solo traveller with no car & this property was too far out of town. Although there was a washing machine & dryer there was no ironing board & no wardrobe to hang clothes

The apartment was just what we required for our stay, it was clean, functional and had everything you could want, great area just outside the craziness of Queenstown but close enough to enjoy all the area has to offer - would certainly stay here again

The studio itself is lovely, but I’d make the following suggestions:1. It would be helpful if the words “Clarendon Mews” were included in the address as it was very difficult to find and I had to get some assistance. I would hate to have arrived there at night time.2. The lack of wardrobe space was frustrating and I had to hang my clothes on the back of the bathroom/ laundry door. The small cupboard with coat hangers was inadequate and only suitable for children’s clothes.3. The lack of car parking space immediately outside the accommodation should be flagged in the advertising, but adding there is parking on the street.4. The 500 “bond” is excessive and ought to be repaid immediately, not 5-10 working days after the event. 5. I have yet to find the relevant bin for putting general household waste in, so I ended up bringing my rubbish home to dispose of. Not good enough. This is a very expensive accommodation and as it stands, not worth it.
