The property was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. The location was great and everything we needed was easily accessible during our stay.
Just the internet was too slow and no parking available outside.

The home is within walking distance to grocery shopping, e.g. Woolworth. There are also restaurants as options for those who don't like to cook dinner. It's not far from town centre and the Lake Wakatipu. Host is responsive to questions and issues. The residence is super clean located in a quiet community. Host is helpful and responsive.
Parking is limited. No clear signs for permit-only parking though. My advice is never park your car on that street. There are free parking around the area, just spend time to find them. Or read host's instructions about parking, which I didn't pay attention to.

Warm. Comfortable. Small studio apartment but everything you need. Nice touches (ice cream, toiletries, Weber bbq). Owner/Manager nice to deal with. Good directions. Nice new apartment complex with pleasant courtyard. Easy walk to Supermarket and entire 5-Mile retail area.
Parking is an issue if you have a vehicle. Very little parking available close to the apartment. The Welcome e-mail offers suggestions. The TV did not work for long. Buffering, freezing, needing re-starting constantly. Owner said he would try to fix it but it was the same the second evening. Bosch induction cooktop was hard to work out as we had not used a Bosch before. Discreet instructions would have been helpful.
