Escape to this fabulous house in picturesque Guilford, VT. This charming retreat features 2 cozy bedrooms with a king and queen bed, 2 full bathrooms, and a bonus loft/office space with a comfy queen sofa bed. Quiet area 15 minutes from Brattleboro VT and 25 minutes from Greenfield MA. Swim, kayak, or paddleboard in the pond 1.8 miles down the road, hike the many trails that crisscross the area (starting behind the house), visit the Guilford Country Store for community and great food. Friendly neighbors, on a private drive with only three other houses. Bedrooms are bright and airy with room darkening shades. The house is fully stocked, cool in the summer, and central heat plus a cozy wood pellet stove for the winter. Big front yard and big front porch, wildlife galore.
