Great space, thoughtfully appointed - feels like home! We kept it simple and in the traditional style of Louisville. Vintage appointments with an emphasis on comfort! The perfect home base! Enjoy spreading out, or hanging out together, and rest in king beds for all!

Downtown / International Convention Center / 4th st Live / Museums? 2 miles
Airport /.Expo Center / Kentucky Kingdom? 4.5 miles
Perfect centralized location!
Parking: There is space for ONE vehicles (unless you have two pretty small ones) on the side of the house. The rest is street parking, but no permit is required. Safe area!

We loved our stay here. Fantastic property that was clean and comfortable - the beds are fantastic! Perfect location within walking distance of many restaurants/bars and things to do. Short easy Ubers/drives to both downtown and Churchill Downs. David was extremely prompt with message replies and made everything very easy. We will definitely stay here again if we make a return trip to Louisville.

We had a great stay! Everything just as described! No complaints. Nicely decorated, comfortable and anything we may have needed was available to us. Thank you...hoping to be back sometime!

Great location just off Bardstown! Easy walk to restaurants, bars, grocery store, and Cherokee Park. Quick drive to Downtown or U of L campus. House had everything we needed. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. House had a nice outdoor space in the backyard with lounge seating, a small putting green, and hot tub. Great option for families or couple/friend groups.
