This property has been beautifully and thoughtfully renovated. There are 5 bedrooms (5 Queen), 3 bathrooms. a large living room and a lovely, bright kitchen. Wherever your day takes you rest assured you will have an inviting comfortable home to come back to. In a quiet established neighborhood close to Louisville attractions. The living room includes plenty of comfortable seating, and a 50" smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances including Keurig coffeemaker, dishwasher and fully stocked with cookware. Beautiful hardwood flooring and tile throughout. There is no carpet. The bedrooms have queen size medium firmness memory foam mattresses with plenty of closet and storage space. Washer & dryer in the unfinished basement along with plenty of storage and a half bath.

You will be delighted at how close you are to all the attractions in Louisville while staying at this home which is nestled in a quiet established neighborhood. 5 minutes from the Louisville Zoo/Mega Caverns and only a couple of minutes off the Expressway makes this location convenient to everything! Almost walking distance to The Highlands neighborhood with shopping and dining galore. Only a short drive to many city parks, historic Churchill Downs and many other local attractions! There is also a grocery store about 5 minutes away!
There is ample parking for 2-4 vehicles. There is a long driveway and a 2 car garage.
Wherever your day takes you rest assured you will have an inviting comfortable home to come back to. There is a large front porch for sitting and relaxing and a patio in the private backyard. There is also a 2-3 car garage for your use as well.
