About this house rental

Immaculate, fully renovated, beachfront townhome redesigned by Blane Steinman architects with expansive panoramic ocean views by the southern entry to the Sea Isle City Promenade. This gorgeous five bedroom, four bathroom, three story townhome with three decks and a brand new elevator is now available for use!

Located in a quiet residential section of Pleasure Ave, while still near to a variety of dining and shopping options just off Landis Ave, this townhome is the perfect blend of contemporary accommodations and modern conveniences. After spending your day lounging on the beach, catch the Jitney on Landis Ave into the entertainment district around John F. Kennedy Blvd and soak up the nightlife at the Dead Dog Saloon, Ocean Drive Bar & Restaurant, KIX, or the new Pointe at Sea Isle City. Drivers can alleviate any parking concerns with onsite driveway parking available for up to five vehicles. A spacious stone side yard provides the perfect space for enjoying outdoor activities with the family like cornhole and grilling summer meals. The rear King bedroom provides the first access to the first floor deck and has a gorgeous connected full bathroom with marble accented combination tub/shower. On the northern end of the first floor are the remaining two bedrooms, also with carpet flooring, connected by a stunningly accented Jack and Jill bathroom. The bedroom sitting on the north eastern corner provides two sliding glass balcony doors for dual access to the first floor wraparound deck. The second level of the home is an open concept floor plan offering fantastic views of the ocean and designed to create an inviting space full of natural light, while still offering the quiet comforts of home in a beach side sanctuary. Upon reaching the second floor, the nook with four armchairs will be present outside of the first of three sliding glass balcony doors providing access to the deck. Behind this nook is the pantry closet for additional guest food storage space and a phenomenal full bathroom neighboring. Just past the nook is the pristine kitchen with skylights, a large refrigerator, a beautiful fantasy brown granite center island with seating for six people, and fantasy brown granite countertops. This kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and provides another great space for entertaining. Next to the kitchen is a gorgeous dining area with a large cabinet bar complete with two beverage refrigerators, a large glass dining table with seating for six people, and the third of three sliding glass balcony doors to the deck. Cancellation Policy: All payments towards the reservation total are refundable, minus 3% card processing fee, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

Linens: An optional amenities package is also available for purchase through Beach Home Services. The amenities package includes bedsheets for all beds and towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Items will be individually wrapped inside grey plastic storage totes and orange dry-cleaning bags and located near the unit’s entry upon your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Blankets and Pillows for Sleeping (just in case), Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. My family of 7 had a great stay at this property. The location is next to the beach and the spacious house is in great condition. The photos accurately represent the house. The property manager was very accessible and attentive in dealing with a minor maintenance issue upon our arrival. He also graciously mailed us an item we accidentally left. I plan to rent here again.
