From our location you are app. six houses away which leaves you roughly 1 minute in walking distance to the beach. The blocks are shorter at this part of the island. You even enjoy a small Oceanview between houses from the deck. The island in general is small and narrow which making walking to ocean , bay, fishing ,dining , bars and entertainment all very easy and from this location you'll be able to park your car and walk wherever you desire.

The location was great! It was close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The communication with the Property Manager and Owner were also very good. Plenty of rooms and space for our family. We really enjoyed the outdoor decks.

I cannot imagine a better location than one on Landis Avenue - it’s a quick walk to the bars (ie OD, Shenanigans), food (ie Mrs. Brizzles & La Fortuna), and the grocery store. It’s the place to be.
The landlord and property manager were true gentlemen. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Two families stayed here for the week - great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Very helpful and detailed communication from the property manager - also responsive with a question or two while we were staying there.
Easy and early check-in, house was clean and ready to go!
