Welcome to Meerträume—our little piece of paradise where ocean dreams come to life. Having lived in Germany for many years, we learned to weave nature deeply into our sense of self and well-being, discovering how profoundly it enhances relaxation and wellness. When we returned to Australia, we knew we wanted to create a space that embraced this connection—a place where you can feel an instant sense of calm simply by being at one with nature.
Here at Meerträume, the magic of Tea Gardens awaits. Enjoy the quiet peace of an empty beach, the soft sand underfoot, and the gentle water sounds as they lull you into relaxation. Walk along the dunes, explore the nearby river, and maybe even spot dolphins dancing in the water. This well-appointed townhouse dazzles with three tasteful bedrooms, each boasting ceiling fans for your ultimate comfort. Master bedroom promises a regal experience with its own ensuite spa bathroom and a split system AC. Bedrooms two and three are located on the lower level, along with a bathroom, laundry and a dedicated study nook.
Relax and unwind in the lavish lounge offering a large Television while the climate-controlled interiors ensure a comfortable stay, irrespective of the weather outdoors. The property is all about luxury and comfort, offering smart amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and an enclosed yard suited for the four-legged friends.
Media room/bedroom
The bedroom second bedroom downstairs offers the perfect getaway with Hdmi cords for your gaming devices. A DVD player, plus a selection of DVDs provides additional entertainment options. Cozy bean bags and an extra foldaway bed make it ideal for a children’s movie night or sleepover, blending fun and relaxation for all ages.

-Garage/driveway not available for guests usage – street parking only.
-Pets under 10kg welcome; larger pets cannot be accommodated due to the small courtyard.
-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.
-Strict no party or function policy.
-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.
-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.

Communication with the real estate was fantastic. The styling of the property was lovely. Did have a few issues with the cleaning. Dirty mirrors and mirrored wardrobe door, mouldy shower rubbish and dirt under lounges. Dirty kitchen cupboard doors and splashback tiles, dirty cooktop, no dish clothes, outdoor lounges covered in dust and debri.

The air con is great on a Aussie hot day. It was wonderful after a lovely day at Jimmys Beach. The outdoor decks are comfortable for a large family to sit and read in their own quiet space. As a family of 6 having the 3td loo was really good. Teenages loved the wifi, TV, the DVD collection and the many streaming services.
