10 / 10Outstanding·Jul 2026
A group of women friends enjoyed this location in June2026. The place was spacious, plenty of parking, did not have central air but plenty of fans and window air conditioners to keep the place cool, with an amazing surround porch on a beautiful wooden property. We liked that this location was not 'in town" but only 5 minute drive away. My only complaints was the master bed was too soft and one of the air units output hose was pulled away from the window. I txted the location about this in the evening and they promptly fixed it the next day. Would definitely stay again.

There were no instructions for the hot tub. In the morning, we went out there and it was stone cold. There was nothing to tell you that you needed to heat it up ahead of time, etc. Although when we checked in that evening, a friend tested it and it was warm.We didn’t realize we would be next to a lumberyard – however there was only noise one evening when they were moving dirt.

The property is conveniently located near fwy 5 and mt Shasta trailheads. Everything was clean and nice. It’s actually more like 4 separate bedrooms, not 3, easily accommodates 4 hiker buddies in a separate beds. Hot tub with the forest view is nice after a hike. Peter, the manager, was super friendly and accommodating. Can absolutely recommend.
6 / 10Average·Jul 2025
We stayed in July and some of the nights were hard to sleep. The AC system did not cool the house below 82 degrees in any room except for the pull out coach room.
