As you step inside this home, approximately 2000 square feet in size, you'll be greeted by wood beam ceilings and expansive windows showcasing breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The beauty of Shasta Lake surrounds you, with every room in the house offering a stunning vista.

Accommodating up to 14 guests (max of 9 adults), this retreat boasts a well-thought-out arrangement of sleeping spaces that includes 1 King, 2 Queens, 5 Full beds, and 1 Twin rollaway, ensuring that everyone enjoys a restful night's sleep.
With 3 bedrooms plus a loft, 2 full baths, and an expansive family room, the main floor offers an open-concept space with oversized windows, allowing you to soak in the natural beauty.
Step out onto the 50' wide decks with mature trees providing natural shading. Bask in the breathtaking views of the lake, marina, mountains, and wildlife from both the upper and lower decks. With a BBQ, fire pit, and heat lamp, you can create wonderful memories under the open sky.

Your transportation needs are well taken care of with parking for cars, trucks, ATVs, and boats (up to 5 vehicles, trailers, or boats in total).
Our serene neighborhood caters to families, providing the ideal environment for a quiet vacation.
For boating enthusiasts, there are two boat launches nearby and seasonal marina slips for moorage. Leave your boat at the marina and enjoy the scenic road back to the retreat.

Beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, perfect for a quick getaway. Everyone loved it. The stairs are quite steep and narrow to the upstairs bedrooms which was a little challenging for some of our group. There also is not a bathroom on the same level as the lower level bedroom and you can only access it from outside, so that wasn't ideal for some of our group. But we made it work and overall it was a great stay.

Myself and group loved staying in the cabin. Grilling after going to nearby hikes was perfect. Definitely coming back again. Hosts were extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions!

This place was amazing. It had all amenities. Extra cots and blow up mattresses, plenty of towels and bedding, speakers for music, kayaks and paddle boards. Views from every room and a nice welcoming package. I would definitely stay here again. Recommended for large groups.

From the time we booked to the time we checked out, every single question of mine was answered promptly. The information in the welcome packet and online goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Aside from the customer service the house is also wonderful.
The house was very comfortable and clean. We brought our portable blackstone grill and cooked most of our breakfasts on the patio. We used the nice bbq in the evening to make dinner. We never wanted to go inside. The view is epic! We were welcomed by deer in the back and numerous hummingbirds.
The walk to the water wasn’t terrible but could be difficult for some. We knew from the welcome packet to bring water shoes and it was easy peasy.
The good news is.. the drive to the marina is a minute or two away so it’s a win win. Everything is so close. Everyone was so nice.
The Basshole was a fun place to go for dinner.
We love this retreat and will be back!
