Welcome to our beautiful vacation villa in San Pedro Del Pinatar! This villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family or friends.
The villa features modern decor and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each featuring a rain shower, there’s plenty of space for up to 8 people. Two of the bedrooms even have a king-size bed (210x180), a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and a balcony with seating.
The third bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200). The fourth bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200).
One of the biggest advantages of this villa is the 6x3m heated pool with a jacuzzi and gradually sloping depth, making it suitable for all ages. The large terrace features a dining table for 8 people, a barbecue, a lounge set, and sun loungers, so you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun.
The villa is located just 2.5 km from the sea and 2 km from Mar Menor, so the beach is always within easy reach. In addition, there are many shops, restaurants, and playgrounds within walking distance of the villa.
The villa features air conditioning and heating in the living area and all bedrooms, as well as heating in the bathrooms. There’s also a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and an utility room with a washer and dryer.
For those of us who work from home, there’s even an office available, while the rest of the family can enjoy the 4 smart TVs with Android and Ambilight, and the fast Wi-Fi with good coverage.
Bedding and towels are included, as are a crib, beach and pool toys, and beach bags, so you don’t have to worry about bringing extra luggage.
