Captains Landing is lux waterfront 4 bed, 3 bath vacation home w/heated salt water pool, Located in the most desirable part of SE Cape Coral also known as The Yacht Club. Walking distance to bars, restaurants & stores. Our beautiful home has 2 master suites with king beds, a queen room as well as a bunk room with a twin over queen & a rollaway that can accommodate a family or group of 10 very comfortably. The Captains Landing is georgous, spacious villa located in the the most desired area of Cape Coral! We are situated on a corner lot with a beautiful canal in the back in a quiet neighborhood. Downtown cape is within walking & or biking distance, with amazing culture and restaurants. Cape Coral beach are just up street.

We have 3 updated bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Enjoy the airy, open-concept living area with ample seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or alfresco on the patio. The patio is every vacationers dream. Sit out by the water with your morning coffee and experience the sea life that occationally comes to visit in the canal.
Family Friendly Amenities: We have provided a variety of board games, water floaties and kid friendly dinnerware.

What a terrific house. Conveniently located close to lots that Cape Coral has to offer. The house has so many great details. Tons of space for family and friends. Impeccably clean and well-appointed. Lots of towels for pool (heated!) and bath. Fridge space galore, an ice maker, full laundry, keurig (cup and pot), pool toys. We did not rent the boat or use the kayaks, but everything is there for you.The check-in and check-out process was super easy and the owners were very responsive.Will use this house again. Highly recommend.

Everything about this house was perfect! We had the best time! In a great location to get to all the surrounding beaches, plenty of space for 2 families! The pool was the perfect depth for the kids. The tiki bar that was within walking decent had great food & drinks.
