We were smitten with the location of this home with the huge patio overlooking the ocean located in a 5-home neighborhood with a community center. My husband and son had a short paved walk down a few steps to the sandy beach with plenty of room to launch their kites. We also walked to La Tuna for dinner. There is a reef in front of the house. My husband and son stayed upwind of it.
