Welcome to CasaCorazon,
The "OASIS"
Spacious 1200 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beachfront Spanish hacienda with tons of patio space located on part of the best North beach in town (500 yards North of Rasta beach). If you are looking for a peaceful home, away from crowds, this is the place. Thanks to annual hurricanes and being on a slight shoreline cove, our beach and water entry has tons of sand for Kiting, Foiling, Winging, Windsurfing, Snorkeling, Fishing. The only thing in your view is the water, palm trees and Cerralvo island. It is truly breathtaking.
This is an architectural gem steps away from the water.
The Oasis has 2 private bedrooms with King size beds. Each bedroom has its own closet + dresser. There is a central bathroom off the hallway plus another bathroom off the primary bedroom. An open concept kitchen/living room joined by a Peninsula bar with stools is at your disposal. It is a true chef's kitchen with every imaginable utensil/cookware plus lots of regularly stocked spices. It has all the amenities (Microwave, coffee machine, Toaster oven, blender) you need to make a fantastic home cooked meal.
T.V. Viewing in all rooms.
If you aren’t into cooking at home there are many local restaurants that offer local delicacies ranging from traditional Mexican dishes to fantastic fresh seafood plates. Please ask us for an extensive list.
The outdoor living spaces include expansive patios, a dining space for 8, patio lounges, & a gas BBQ. There is also a double hammock set in a tropical garden among palm trees, giant bird of paradise & jasmine. Whether you want to hang out under the shady covered verandas to sip your favorite drink or to catch up on your sun tan, The “Oasis” at CasaCorazon is a hidden gem.
We realize that La Ventana is a Kiteboarding Mecca in the windy season but it has many other attractions that have yet to be discovered by many, like mountain biking miles of trails, Spearfishing with qualified and seasoned guides, World class fly fishing and much more.

A tiled foot bath is welcoming to wash off your sandy feet from the beach. The property also has an outdoor equipment wash-off area adjacent to the outdoor shower and bathroom.
Paddleboards (Included for your enjoyment) are at the ready for flat cruising days. Head up towards the hot springs or just paddle out towards a multitude of reefs for fish gazing.
The property has a few kayaks if you want to go out and try your hand at fishing. (Also included)
There is a lockable equipment room to store your gear in a secure space.
The home is wired for wifi and Internet TV including Netflix
Daily housekeeping included.

Terri & George have outdone themselves with their property. Location is ridiculously spectacular. Units are stocked with high quality provisions through and through. Lots of toys available to use.Super quiet area. And on and on…One cannot go wrong with their units unless you want to be in town within walking distances to services. Oh yea, fantastic launch site for winging & kiting. Beware that on high wind days it’s a bit tougher to get out through shore break, with an easier entry a bit north of the property. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Our stay at Casacorazon was an absolute dream! Location, location, location is an understatement for this place. We were literally steps away from the water on a beautiful, swimmable white sand beach. The fishing and paddling in the mornings right in front of the casita was amazing, and when the wind picked up on a couple of the afternoons, we really enjoyed watching the kiters. The rental is equipped with SUPs, kayaks, snorkel gear and beach toys, all in great condition. We enjoyed a soak at the nearby Agua Caliente beach thermals which are very close by. The local vibe and Baja cuisine make you never want to leave. Terri was so attentive and helpful as a host, she made us feel like we were home away from home. We will definitely be back!!

The Oasis was our own little family oasis for four nights and we never wanted to leave! We are a family of five with 3 teenagers. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep or just hang out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. All the extras were amazing too. My kids would wake up and want to use the paddle boards right away! My whole family agrees this is the best home we’ve ever stayed in. We hope to visit again!

We've stayed at many VRBO's and we all agree this host (Terri) was amazing. She went above and beyond even arranging for someone to come to the home and provide COVID testing for our return trip. The casa is dialed in literally right on the water and off the beaten track. We enjoyed paddle boarding, hiking, snorkeling, and mountain biking right from the house. We brought our windsurf equipment as main plan for our trip (wind didn't cooperate) but trip was still awesome. Loved the outdoor area, nice BBQ, ate meals outside, (gorgeous setting), super nice housekeepers and caretaker, I could go on and on. Hope to be back. Waters family
