    The owner sorn was so hospitable helping me with setting up my SIM card and phone and all round attentive.The 2 receptionists were excellent especially pang.All round very good place to stay and great location 5 minutes to the night market.Next time I visit I will stay in the same hotel.

    I stayed about 6nights and it is really nice and convenient place to stay with budget price. Owner family is really supportive and helpful. Receptionists are very patient and helpful. Breakfast is provided in big portion for a person with variety of choice and good taste. Rooms are clean and nice accommodation to stay and work. Location is good and can go to centers, night market by walking about 10minutes and there are also some food and snack shop near hotel. Only one thing, hotel need to improve is about the behavior of cleaning staffs (1 younger girl) (NOT old age staffs). One day after moving to 4th floor, I found that the blanket, mattress, glasses and others are as the same condition when I leave the room and only put new towel on the bed and they told Receptionist they are done for cleaning. So, I requested Receptionist to inform them. Then, 2 girls about 30years and 20years coming in and older girl show me her aggressive face and movement and don't look & reply me when I say hello with big smile. She shows clearly to me that she get angry with me may be because of I informed that their cleaning tasks are not finished but this is reality. And, whenever she see me in hotel the other days, she show this aggressive face & posture like her enemy. This bad behavior can be impacted to hotel reputation and review so owner should take action and make improvement for new customers. And not the case but should take care more is about the kitchen focal. The first day, I got sick and can't came down for breakfast on time by 10am but I could order my breakfast on 10am 5minutes. I explained to the Receptionist and she also went to kitchen and requested my order but kitchen denied and rejected my order that they already packed all things and can't prepare breakfast now. I understand they may prefer to take a rest in exact time sharp but they should consider how they can provide service with empathy. Eg. snack or bread they don't need to prepare that are already in the kitchen room. Moreover, they promised to prepare take away breakfast for the day I check-out early morning, but they did not provide when the time come. I will be in difficult situation if I have not bought some snacks as reserve as I have stomach ache. There is no shop to buy early morning. So, this hotel will be best choice of the travellers if they improve those area.
