Cozy, allergy-friendly 4-bedroom vacation home, spread over 2 floors, with a sheltered sun terrace, large garden, and unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea.
The location and amenities are perfect for families, water sports enthusiasts, active vacationers, and nature lovers. The beach vacation home features three separate bedrooms. Two of them each have a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), and one has a single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m). The bright and spacious living and dining area, featuring a fireplace, a sofa corner, a TV, and a dining table, welcomes guests as soon as they enter the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, and offers plenty of space for cooking and dining together during your vacation. The living room opens directly onto the furnished sun terrace. A bathroom with a shower and toilet and the spacious sauna are located on the first floor, and the second bathroom, also with a shower and toilet, is on the upper floor. Here you’ll also find the 3 bedrooms.

This vacation home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings made in the name of a company will be canceled, and any applicable cancellation fees will be charged.

The “Seemöwe” and “Seestern” houses each accommodate 5 adults. If you’re planning a getaway with extended family or friends, both houses—located right next to each other—are at your disposal. This way, everyone has their own private retreat while still being right in the middle of it all. All in all—the ideal vacation home for families, a getaway with friends, remote work, or simply when you’re looking for plenty of peace, relaxation, and the sea on your vacation.

With their cozy charm and beautiful color accents, these two wooden vacation homes will enchant you the moment you arrive. Named “Seemöwe” and “Seestern,” the two houses stand side by side in an idyllic location on the outskirts of the small village of Kägsdorf, right on the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. Pets are welcome at “Seemöwe,” and “Seestern” is our allergy-friendly cottage. What makes them special is the unobstructed view from both terraces of the beautiful natural surroundings, with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. This makes these cottages true gems that offer our guests a truly wonderful view.

Each house, with 85 square meters spread over two floors, offers ample space for up to 5 adult guests and 2 toddlers up to 2 years old. Three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a large sauna, and a cozy living-dining area with a fireplace and an adjoining terrace offering an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea make a stay here truly enjoyable.

The large garden surrounding the vacation homes offers space for dining together, as well as many sunny and shady nooks to relax in. For kids, there’s plenty of space in the garden and around the vacation home to play, run around, and play soccer.

Beautiful nature and tranquility, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, turn every day of your vacation here into a restful retreat and ensure a lasting sense of relaxation. The swimming area is just 1.5 km away.

1. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed exclusively in the “Seemöwe” and must be specified and booked in advance.
2. When booking the XL option (Seestern & Seemöwe together), a security deposit of 200 euros must be included in the booking.
