About this house rental
Built in 2016 the holiday home in the holiday park Rerik East in walking distance to the Baltic Sea (about 800 meters from the natural beach of Devil's Canyon).
The house is located in beautiful south-west orientation on an approximately 800 sqm large and sunny plot. Two parking spaces are located directly at the house. The house has a spacious and bright living-dining area with an open Bulthaup kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The size is perfect for 4 guests. An extra bed for a fifth guest is present.
The equipment is modern and meets all demands for a relaxed holiday:
+ Open Bulthaup kitchen with hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher, fridge
+ Nespresso machine, milk frother, toaster, kettle
+ 2 bathrooms (2 rain showers, a bathtub)
+ Sauna
+ Stove
+ Wi-Fi
+ HDTV
+ Barbecue area
+ Devil music bar (bluetooth, cd, radio)
+ Washing machine and tumble dryer
+ Garden furniture, garden lounger
+ Buddelzeug for the children
Finally, the note that the house is located in a holiday village, which is currently still being built on other plots of land. The house and the garden of our house together with access etc. are completely finished and the roads etc. are completely finished. There are also many of the other cottages ready and inhabited. Because of construction on other land we rent the house until the completion of the park, in comparison with the normal rent reduced price. Possible impairments caused by construction on other land set so far constitute a defect.

Die Einrichtung, war genau wie beschrieben, allerdings die Sauberkeit.🤷🏻♀️
Besenrein , evt,noch vom Vorgänger?
Fenster ewig nicht geputzt,Polster hatten noch Hundehaare .
Fernseher war nicht in Gang zu bekommen, die Verwalterin hat sich nur einmal gemeldet als wir angefragt haben wegen wlan Passwort, haben es dann selbst gefunden, war dann ganz hinten im Ordner ,selbst auf 2 sms hat sie sich nicht mehr gemeldet, als wir nach zusätzliche Handtücher für Sauna gefragt haben …Das empfanden wir sehr schade.

Schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Stil, Aufteilung, Einrichtung und Großzügigkeit lassen eigentlich keine Wünsche über.
Für eine vierköpfige Familie ist es gut geeignet.
Es ist hochwertig möbliert, lediglich die Kommode im Kinderzimmer lässt sich sehr schwer öffnen und schließen.
Es ist leider nur fraglich, was mit der Reinigungsgebühr passiert, denn eine Reinigungskraft wird davon scheinbar nicht bezahlt.
So waren zuallererst im unteren Badezimmer jede Menge tote und leider auch lebende Asseln unter dem Hocker zu finden.
Im oberen Bad, gab es dann noch einige Haare der Vormieter unter anderem auf der Konsole. Des Weiteren hatten sich eine große Anzahl von Wollmäusen unter dem Bett im Elternschlafzimmer versteckt. Und zur Krönung gab es eine Unterhose unter der Couch im Wohnzimmer.
Das geht leider gar nicht und trübt die Urlaubsfreude.
Grundsätzlich muss man erwarten, dass so ein Ferienhaus entsprechend gereinigt übergeben wird.
Insbesondere in der heutigen Zeit von Corona.
