Situated less than five minutes from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and Sugar Mountain Public Golf Course, this four-bedroom mountain home is the perfect retreat for a year-round mountain escape. Sugar Grand is a recently renovated single-level home showcasing high ceilings and stunning hardwood floors that create a seamless flow throughout. The expansive family room features vaulted ceilings adorned with exposed wood and metal beams, lending a contemporary vibe. After a day on the slopes or hiking your favorite trail, unwind on the sectional while enjoying the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace. A wall of windows fills the room with natural light and showcases the stunning mountain vistas. The chef's kitchen boasts a gas stove, ample cabinet space, and quartz countertops to meet all your culinary needs. A large island with seating for four serves as an ideal spot for friends to gather. The partially covered back deck, accessible from the dining area and all four bedrooms, stretches the length of the home. Fire up the charcoal grill for a delicious dinner, savor your morning coffee, or relax in the hot tub while soaking in the year-round views.
Sugar Grand accommodates up to ten guests with two bedroom suites and two additional bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features high ceilings, a king bed, and direct access to the deck. The custom private bathroom includes a large soaker tub, a level-entry shower, and double vanities. The second suite also offers a king bed, a private bathroom with a step-in shower, and access to the back deck. Both the queen bedroom and bunk room have deck access and share an additional full bathroom. The bunk room can accommodate four guests in twin bunk beds. This beautiful mountain home is equipped with Wi-Fi, YouTube TV, central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. Please note that pets are not permitted at Sugar Grand. The property features a level gravel driveway with parking for four vehicles, plus four steps leading to the covered front entrance.

Beautifully modern home with an excellent heating/cooling system. It was immaculate, nice views, very convenient to grocery. Enjoyed the hot tub. Very large TV. Well stocked kitchen with great utensils, bowls, kitchen aid mixer, and knives for cooking, full ice maker, fantastic gas range. Well thought out supplies. Some smaller pans were quite unusable, poor condition. Plenty of others to cook with. Beds, pillows, linens were all top of the line. Would definitely stay here longer the next time. Bring your own hair products.

Our second time at this property and we loved it again! The home is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen and the baths are great. Lots of equipment in the kitchen and the bathrooms are really top level. Access to the large back deck from every bedroom and the covered portion of the deck is great and has amazing views of the Grandfather that makes Grandfather Mountain. The location is convenient to most High Country activities (within 30 minutes max) and super convenient to Sugar Mountain and Banner Elk. Easy in and out and, while a bit of road noise, very peaceful and relaxing. We will plan to stay here again in the future.

This is a modern, well appointed house. Furnishings were high quality and stylish. The big, beautiful kitchen and living area were fantastic for family and friends to gather. Bathrooms are spacious and modern as well. We especially enjoyed the “Giant” set of Uno playing cards. The binder with information on the local area was probably the most thorough that I have seen. My family and I love traveling to the Boone / Banner Elk / Sugar Mountain, and this house is in our top 2, if not our #1.
