- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 48 hours before the day of check-in.
- Please note that pool heat availability is subject to change depending on fluctuating outdoor temperatures, as the pool is large and the heat functions only when the outside temperature is 60 degrees or higher.
- The airstream in the backyard is not available for guests.
- There are 4 beach chairs and 3 beach umbrellas, coolers and beach toys provided for guest use.
Parking Details:
- Parking space for up to 10 vehicles.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib, a portable play yard, and dishware for your little ones. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Fantastic week at the beach! The house is spacious and bright; the pictures are accurate, but it is really nicer than the pictures. Had 6 adults, 2 children and a small dog, but we were never pressed for space. The backyard is almost perfect with the pool, the deck and the fire pit. I would point out that the gas grill is much nicer than the one in the pictures….I was a bit concerned, but it was perfect. The house is super well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans….you name it. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was great. One piece of advice is to grab a bag of ice. The ice maker works well, but with a bunch of people and big tumblers, it has a hard time keeping up. The best beach access is the public beach toward Stinky’s Fish place. Easy 4 min ride in the golf cart. There is a small but very crowded public beach right across the lake, but just head down the beach to the bigger public access. The garage has a bunch of beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas that can easily be loaded in the 3rd row of the golf cart to drive down to the beach. Tons of beach towels available as well. Overall a fantastic experience and the house is as advertised or better. Would go back next week if I could afford to be out of the office again.

Oh boy, let me tell you about this awesome vacation rental we stayed at! First off, it had a pool! Yep, a big, shiny, splishy-splashy pool just waiting for us to jump in. And there was grass everywhere! I mean, so much grass, you could probably play a game of tag and not even run out of space!But wait, there’s more! They had these super comfy towels, like giant fluffy clouds that you could wrap yourself in after a swim. We also had this super cool 6-seater golf cart that zoomed around like a race car! We called it the “Zoom-Zoom,” and it was the fastest way to get to the ice cream shop.And to top it all off, we had the most amazing views. It was like looking at a painting from our window every morning! So if you ever want a place that has a pool, lots of grass, comfy towels, a speedy golf cart, and views that will make your eyes pop, this is the place!

Overall stay was AMAZING! Such a beautiful home!! Well kept, clean etc. The pool was perfect! I’d say the only thing is a new fridge is needed. Our food wasn’t as cool as it should be. The master downstairs didn’t get as cold, the fan isn’t centered, you aren’t feeling the air-that’s just me being picky because I love sleeping cold. :) . Checkin was a breeze!
Overall all, I’d rank our stay 9.75/10
