Located on the beautiful, scenic Highway 30A, guests can experience their beach vacation without the hustle and bustle of city life. 30A is a gorgeous area with dune lakes, nature trails, and luxury shopping centre's and eateries. This beautiful vacation rental in Dune Allen Beach on 30A offers a private pool, Gulf views, and luxury interiors. With sleeping accommodations for up to 13 guests, the whole family can enjoy the Gulf of Mexico at this beach house!
The first floor of this home features two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. A queen bedroom is furnished with a sitting area complete with a flat-screen TV, bar with a mini fridge, and access to the pool deck. The jack-and-jill bathroom is shared with a bunk room that is furnished with a full-over-full bunk bed, flat-screen TV and access to the pool deck. This area is perfect for families with kids and teenagers!
The main living space gives off beautiful blue hues and beachy vibes. A gray sectional sofa and two chairs provides comfortable seating for plenty around the flat-screen TV. Stunning furnishings welcome guests to a serene setting where rest and relaxation are effortless. Outside, guests can enjoy a nice cup of morning coffee on the balcony while relishing in the beautiful Gulf views! Step into the spacious kitchen and prepare a family feast! The house provides all the cooking necessities you'll need including stainless steel appliances and fixtures, a crock pot, keurig, coffee pot and more! For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.

Overall it was a great stay at the house. Great location to...everything. Including the beach. Although there was some security guard right at the beach entrance that kept hassling us to move off the "private" beach section from some HOA or something. As soon as you step foot on the beach it was "you need to keep moving and get off this part of the beach" kinda thing. Didn't ruin the beach for us, but certainly not needed. The house overall was good but can use some updating. The air conditioner was tough to get along with. The bottom floor stayed fairly warm during our stay, even after setting the AC down lower. Also showed signs of mold or something around the vents. Middle floor would be warmer during the day but in conjunction with the AC "issue," I think all the windows had some part in that one. But the top floor was nice and cold. So at least we got to sleep comfortably at night. Pool was great and came in real handy when the wife and I needed a break of the beach. Kitchen was awesome. Plenty of every type of dish or accessory you could want or need. Middle floor bedroom bed was really weird and uncomfortable. Seemed like just a giant foam mattress that sunk in when anyone of size laid on it. Garage is stocked with plenty of chairs, wagons and a pop up tent for the beach. Staff was amazing and quick to respond and had someone come fix a drawer the next day. You text them, they responded. With the updates to the AC and that one bed, the house would be excellent.

Spent the week with our children and Granddaughter for her first beach trip. It was wonderful!! Aquascape was perfect with all the necessities available for us all. Very spacious and welcoming. Spent the day on the beach and finished out the afternoon in the pool. With all the strict rules in the private beach area we never had any issues getting a space to set up our tents. Security was very respectful and never gave us a hard time. We had to stay in the public space on the beach though which was never an issue. Rode our Golf cart to the public beach access and was always able to get a parking space. Only a short walk about 6 houses down and across the street. We will definitely rent this house again!

Very clean and beautifully decorated home. Management company did a great job by checking in and making sure everything was going well with our stay. Plenty of room for a large family. Highly recommend.
