Arrowhead Lake is a gated community in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. You will have access to four beaches with picnic and playground areas, three heated outdoor swimming pools (seasonal), numerous tennis and basketball courts, and a charming, rustic lodge with fitness room, library, pool tables, and more.
About our space

Recently remodeled + filled with love, we can sleep up to 6 guests, with 1 bathroom.
Bedrooms 1 & 2 are located on the first floor, with Queen size beds. Bedroom 3 is the oversized loft, with 2 trundle beds, each having a full + twin size mattresses.
AC - Split system
We supply your bedding, pillows, towels, shampoo, conditioner, + soaps.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, oven/stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot + full size refrigerator/freezer. We even have some kiddo safe plates + cups.
Our community is perfect for walking + bike riding! (Please bring your own bikes) Head down the road straight out of the front door and you'll be lakeside in seconds. Also close to one of the 4 beaches + playgrounds.
Please Note:
1) Arrowhead Lake community does have additional mandatory fees not included in house rental rate
2) Our community is located in a somewhat remote area, ideal for those looking to escape the city and highways. A car is required to reach both the community and our property.
3) We supply essential items to cover stays of approximately 2–3 nights. For additional supplies, you can visit nearby stores such as Ahart, CVS, Walmart, ALDI, Family Dollar, or Pinewood Deli.
4) Due to the property's rural location, occasional encounters with ants, spiders, flying insects, or mice are possible, even with our ongoing pest control measures. While we work diligently to minimize these occurrences, we cannot guarantee a completely pest-free environment.

Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 1+ days prior to arrival):
1) Temporary membership:
a) IN SEASON (May 24 to Sept 2): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per person, per week.
b) OFF SEASON (Sept 3 to May 23): $2 per person, per day.
c) Children under 6 are free
2) Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay
3) Administration: $20 one time, per stay (Non-refundable)
4) Late fee (for bookings and registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100
NOTE: All fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid late fee. Community does not accept registrations/payments/changes/additions less than 1 day prior to arrival.
**Fees are imposed by the community association; we are unable to waive or discount them.
We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests and kids, names of every driver, full car info and guest names.
Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall.
Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT.
Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control. Please double check with us on status of specific amenity.
**TRASH RULES**:
To avoid attracting wild animals and rodents, all trash must be removed from the house upon departure. The Trash Center is located within the same community, and you can find the address in the Guidebook provided in the house.
