House was clean and everything was updated and new. Great for location. The only thing I wish it had was a grill but other than that it good.

The access to multiple beaches and the island pool was great! We had 3 kids with us and we were able to go to the lake and pool everyday. The house itself was cute and clean. There were a few things that would have made the stay a little better such as hand/kitchen towels, a dish drying rack and dressers in the bedrooms. Other than that, we enjoyed the house and the amenities of the community!

The house is beautiful inside. It looked like the house hadn't been cleaned. It had cobwebs in places, floors weren't clean, hot tub was dirty, firepit didn't have a propane tank so basically the things that drew me to the property were not usable. We also had an issue with the toilet in the laundry room getting clogged and was unusable for a group of 6. We still had an amazing time on our trip. The recreation center was nice. The billiard room and weight room were clean and easily accessible. We did take advantage of the karaoke at the rec center on Saturday night. wonderful group of residence who were very friendly and welcoming. The gated community was beautiful and very secure.
