Maybe I missed this somewhere but we were surprised to see the pool and deck shut down. That should have been noted. Probably wouldn’t have made us pick another place because our trip was short but it would have been nice to know before we got there. Loved the condo’s updated look and its size. Would be great for our snowbird visit but too expensive for that.

What a great place! Enjoyed being walking distance from the beach. Nice pool area as well. Quiet area and clean. Awesome view right from the balcony. Loved having the washer/dryer in the unit. Would definitely stay here again! And best part was my son proposed to his girlfriend

The place was excellent. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. A few maintenance issues that were no big deal. Would stay there again. The location was very quiet and peaceful.

The property management team does a good job of responding to issues and helping out! During our stay, one of the toilets stopped working and it was fixed same day. We had problems getting TV to work. The system is super complicated and all three tvs work differently. At one point, we had to call the owner in Sweden to get help with set up. The patio doors do not lock. There is a note on the doors that say the doors do not need to lock, this unit is on the 2nd floor, balcony facing the pool deck and beach. Construction right now is pretty noisy. They are renovating the condos surrounding this unit and also the pool deck. A few days were concrete saws and jackhammers running all day. We had to leave the unit. I would check on the status of the work before booking.Not a lot of options immediately surrounding the condo for food, drinks, etc… You will need to use public transport or rent a car/uber. The beach was beautiful. There were chairs and umbrellas you could rent from someone on the beach. The unit had a few options in the condo but the chairs are bent and rusted and the umbrella “auger” is also broken making it difficult to use the condo supplied beach ware. There are plenty of toys and a beach bag that were available. The kitchen is super well stocked. Plenty of cookware and containers for leftover storage. The oven was touch and go for preheating. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The rugs could use cleaning or replaced. Pillows need replaced.
