1128- Ocean View with Balcony

Welcoming and cozy.

I had an absolute dream stay at this apartment! The view was simply stunning, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The apartment itself was super homey, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The host was very prompt with my questions and the checkin process was very easy. The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean.

Pros: location of the unit is the best, you sleep and wake up with the view and sound of the sea. The room has the amenities we needed. The stove is old but functional, we have no issue with it. The bathroom was remodelled, water pressure and temperature great. The bed was very comfortable, and so was the sofa. There are several strategically located outlets. Some don't work, but the ones in convenient locations do. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Extra towels were provided. The TV was huge and we love the channel selections, especially the classical music from Stingray. The laundry room has several heavy duty and efficient washer and dryer. The gym was great. The pool is medium size and in a nice location, you can see the beach.Cons: the building is old but what really matters is your unit, so that's not an issue with us. The mail, though, you can only pick up at night. Not sure why that's the case. No nearby grocery store, but Publix is a few blocks away and there are two small stores in the building. We would have rated our overall stay at 8 but we had an excellent property manager. Fabrice is VERY efficient, prompt, accommodating, reasonable, making our stay really comfortable, thus more memorable. He was in contact with us before we arrived and until our last day. The check in was super easy, no waiting time! He made sure we were comfortable from day one. No need to do anything at checkout. He should manage the entire facility!
