Location ideal, pool ideal, comfortable beds
Elevator use was slow and confusing. Usage was for safety, I'm sure however not everyone Understood which was frustrating.
Beach chair was broken, however a new did arrive with a phone call.
No maid service during the day.

The service by the security officer at the lobby, he was very rude and not helpful at all.

No amenities outside of the room, pool and beach access. Restaurant and convenience store were okay.
Staff was awful. We had an oversised vehicle so had to rent offsite parking space 10 miles away. While we were checking in one of the valet's put a door ding in our van, no one tried to help us out in our situation.
