New - fresh- clean, tastefully decorated, well appointed house in a private location. Stayed 2 nights in early Sept which was perfect and allowed us to spend a full day at the Great Sand Dunes National Park. Loved that the house has 2 sleds (and 2 boards which we didn’t use) to bring to the Sand Dunes. Excellent location close to the park entrance and also to Zapata Falls. After a day at the Great Sand Dunes we picked up take out food from the Oasis Restaurant, right outside the park entrance, to bring back to the house for a relaxing outdoor dinner. Appreciated having a new big washer and dryer after a day of sledding and hiking. Enjoyed Zapata Falls on our second morning - arrived early and no one else was there til we left the falls. I recommend staying at this delightful house; the 2 mirror-image queen bedrooms are perfect for 2 couples.

An awesome home to enjoy the Sand Dunes and relax in Colorado's natural beauty. Host was responsive, the home was clean and well-equipped. I have worked in the Short-Term Rental industry for 7 years, and this property was on point! With the addition of Starlink internet working perfectly, I highly recommend this property!
