So, I would say it's a good hotel. Mr. Akash was very humble and polite. We were late, reaching almost at 7 pm, but Mr. Akash gently called us in between to ask what time we would arrive, and he was waiting at the gate when we did. So, it's amazing for a stay. It's a little bit off the main road, but don't worry, you will be safe inside and outside the property. In the morning, we went for a walk there. My friend suggested I stay at the main Chamba market, but I would say staying here was an amazing experience. The one and only disappointment is that the food options are very limited. This may be because we were traveling off-season, and there was no one else inside the property at that time other than us. But other than that, it's a good experience with the staff, the hotel, the location, and the room view.

Pros: Its 5-10 min away from Chamba but beautiful and serene location. Presidential suite is 1bhk apartment with huge space and balcony. The interiors are done with a taste.
Cons:-
1) staff is not educated; just locals from nearby village with no HM experience, so don't expect great hospitality. They don't even knock before entering. The newly hired manager Sandeep was drunk in the daytime.
2) The picture shows the kitchen and stuff (like hotel apartment) and we went ahead thinking it would be good for the family. However, when we reached there, everything was locked in cupboards - they didnt give even tea bags (forget kitchen) and everything was chargeable.

Visited the place with 2 of my friends. The apartment is very big and total value for money. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. All the basic facilities are available. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Will recommend to others.
Overall enjoyed our stay.
