Welcome to Key Lime Paradise, your peaceful Key West retreat! This beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath, sleeps 6, Condo offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Located in New Town Key West. Easy public beach access just minutes away at Smathers Beach, one of Key West's most popular sandy beaches. Duval street, Mallory Square, and all of Old Town’s most popular attractions are 10-20 minutes away by vehicle.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, coastal-inspired living space with comfortable seating, ceiling fans, and plenty of natural light. The living room and both bedrooms each feature their own Smart TVs with 150+ popular cable channels including HBO Max, plus access to your favorite streaming apps. Guests also enjoy high-speed wireless internet up to 600 Mbps, perfect for streaming, remote work, and video calls. The fully equipped kitchen includes new stainless-steel appliances, a spacious breakfast bar, and a combination Keurig-style and drip-style coffee maker. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we include complimentary coffee for the first few days so you can settle in and start your mornings island-style. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, elevator access, and resort-style amenities including tennis and/or pickleball courts. The condo offers easy access to Smathers Beach and is located minutes from Key West International Airport.
Each bedroom has its own full bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Both feature hotel-quality mattresses, pillows, linens, and plush towels to ensure a restful stay. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space for up to six guests. For your convenience, a small safe is available to store valuables and travel documents, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay.
Outside, enjoy resort-style amenities including a sparkling pool, relaxing hot tub, tennis/pickleball court, and BBQ area surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Guests also have access to a washer/dryer, beach towels, free parking, and smart-lock self check-in.
Key Lime Paradise is located in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and local favorites like Salute! On the Beach and El Siboney. A small grocery store is just footsteps away, open from 6:30 AM to 1:00 AM for snacks, drinks, or essentials. Bike and scooter rentals are nearby for easy island exploring. The neighborhood is peaceful and convenient, close to everything, yet quiet when you return home.
Since Key West is a small island, occasional airplane sounds can be heard across the island, a normal part of island life. Flights are limited and typically end by early evening, and indoor noise is minimal and rarely noticeable thanks to solid construction and central A/C.

Beautiful, clean condo . Just as listed.Scott has been a pleasure to work with. Beds could use mattress pads for comfort, but everything else is perfect. We will be returning.

We had such a pleasant stay here, we UBERed everywhere very easily. Perfect for 3 of us, very clean. Once we got in touch with property manager he was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would recommend.

The property was very clean and very well equipped. It is best to have a car available though it was easy to get an Uber into the centre if you want to have a few drinks. Cost around 20I have to give great credit to Scott who answered all our questions very promptly and was a great source of advice of where to go and what to see. The only thing he could organise was the weather!
