Located on a private beach, this quiet piece of Key West is an excellent choice for relaxation while also situated only a few miles from Old Town. The property is on a corner of the island featuring its own private beach, a rarity in Key West. Located 2.7 miles from Smathers Beach and 3.8 miles from the Ernest Hemingway Home & Museum, this quiet piece of Key West is the best location for relaxation. This light and airy two bedroom, two bath condo is spacious enough to accommodate up to six guests. It features complimentary wi-fi, a flat-screen TVs, a washer and dryer, and a fully furnished balcony. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a large vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed and access to a full bathroom as well. The living room features a sleeper sofa, while the separate dining area features a large table for six. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and cookware.
Amenities include an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, a private beach, dock, concierge, and a delicious restaurant with Bay views. There's also a bar, concierge, business center, complimentary parking, and onsite grills.
Units are assigned at check-in, pictures are representative of the unit, and decor, layout, and room view may vary.
Complimentary parking is available for the first vehicle. Height restriction is 6 feet 8 inches. A $10 charge per day, per vehicle, applies for additional vehicles. Additional parking is subject to availability. There is no RV parking available.
This is a Cashless Resort and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.
Resort fee of $20/day is due at check-in. (Subject to change at any time)

Late Arrivals - Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. If arriving after 11:00 pm, advance arrangements must be made by calling the property's Front desk.
Construction Notice: The Hyatt Vacation Club at Beach House will be replacing all of the villa roofs between Nov. 1, 2024 and May 2, 2025. During this time, we anticipate elevated noise levels near the work zone from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.

The condo was a perfect home base if you have a rental car or golf cart. It is just as you cross the bridge onto Key West so about a 15 min drive into the downtown Duval St area. The condo accommodated our family of 2 adults and 2 teens just fine. The bathroom in master suite is fabulous. We did a towel exchange mid week which was nice. The balcony was screened in and we sat out there for morning coffee and night cocktails. The pool area was well maintained and had pool toys, ping/pong and fooseball. It was nice to have a tiki bar with food and drinks available. Parking wasn't a problem we always found a spot. There isn't much of a beach at the resort, but plenty of beaches on key west to explore. Security was prompt to answer calls after hours when needed. Overall we enjoyed our time here. Be advised it was a 4.5 hour drive from Fort Lauderdale airport and 4 hour drive from Miami airport for us the week before Easter. I was told Sundays have the worst traffic in/out of the keys so plan accordingly. We decided to leave the night before our flight and stay in Homestead so we didn't miss it. No negative reflection on the property, just need to be aware for planning purposes! ENJOY!!!

The property was great! Not overly busy, we were able to get a place to sit by the pool every day. Tiki bar had great food and drinks. Would definitely stay here again .
