Open, light-filled spaces create a comfortable spot for your month-long (or longer!) stay, all near Bar Harbor's village center. With 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, and a set of Twins, this amazing property offers plenty of space to work remotely.

Description of the Main House (The Birches) and the Garage Apartment (Sweetfern);

THE BIRCHES

FIRST FLOOR: Enter from the driveway to a roomy mud room with Laundry area, and a sweet "yoga room" which could serve equally well as a quiet home office with sliders to a small balcony overlooking a wooded area in the back of the house. Spacious combined Living, Kitchen, and Dining space spanning the length of the house. Features include a flagstone showcase gas fireplace, a roomy pantry, a wall of sliding doors that leads to the front deck and takes advantage of the expansive water views, a center island with counter seating for four, and a sun-filled dining area with a circular table-to-seat 8 comfortably. A Bedroom with a Double Bed and views of Paradise Hill nearby. Full Bath with walk-in custom tiled shower.

SECOND FLOOR: Primary Bedroom with King Bed, French doors leading to balcony with stunning sunrise and sunset water views, a custom gas fireplace, sitting area with views, private Full Bath with gorgeous glass-walled shower with double shower heads, heated soaking tub overlooking the water, and double vanity. Bedroom with Queen Bed, Bedroom with Twin Beds and shared Full Bath with combined Tub and Shower.

SWEETFERN (Garage Apartment): Attached by a first-floor breezeway to the main house, little Sweetfern still enjoys a sense of privacy and quiet with no common walls and plenty of separation.

SECOND FLOOR: Stairs from the driveway and parking area lead to the entrance to this apartment, situated above a two-bay garage. Combined Living, Dining, and Kitchen area with breathtaking views, a sliding door to the elevated furnished deck, and a propane-fired fireplace. Counter seating for three people. Bedroom with King Bed and TV. Full Bath with double vanity and custom glass-walled walk-in shower. Laundry closet with side-by-side standard-size washer and dryer. Air conditioning throughout via heat pump wall units in both the living area and the bedroom.

THIRD FLOOR: Stairs lead to a lofted space above ready for your workspace or simply relaxing!
