A private, gated community located in beautiful Canaan Valley. You have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake in Timberline to canoe and fish at (swimming prohibited by the HOA) and access to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.
You will be staying in a private, gated community. Please have a list of everyone that will be staying in the house (first & last names) and vehicle information. A guard house form will be given to you at check-in for you to put the information on that you will give to the guards.

We loved the big open space in the dining and living room - great for a group game night and dinner. The garage area was great for dropping equipment to dry out and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after being out in the cold. Also, the coffee bar was a pleasant surprise, we have some coffee aficionados and it was up to their standards. Loved that we could bring our pups. We treated the house like our own! <3
Beautiful house with a good driveway for the wintertime and plenty of space to get together and recharge. The house was well stocked and had comfy beds. I think this was our favorite house from over the years! Great team, easy to communicate with.

The house was beautifully appointed and well stocked. So many extras that we appreciated, to include hot tub towels, lots of cozy throw blankets, toiletries and ALL the kitchen needs. It was a wonderful stay!
