A private, gated community located in beautiful Canaan Valley. You have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake in Timberline to canoe and fish at (swimming prohibited by the HOA) and access to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.
You will be staying in a private, gated community. Please have a list of everyone that will be staying in the house (first & last names) and vehicle information. A guard house form will be given to you at check-in for you to put the information on that you will give to the guards.

By far the best rental I have ever purchased. The house was big and clean. It had everything you could need and then some more. It was such a great experience and we absolutely would stay here again. The place is amazing!!!!!!

This is a beautiful home tucked away on a private road. We loved the layout with bathrooms for each bedroom. Wonderfully equipped kitchen for group cooking and meals together. We only wish there would have been a flat yard for the kids to play, the back grass space is very steep.

This was one of the most spacious places we’ve ever stayed at. There were plenty of rooms for everyone to spread out and relax, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The kitchen was a highlight—very open, modern, and inviting, perfect for cooking meals and spending time together. We also really appreciated the outdoor gas grill—it worked like a charm and was great for our BBQ nights. Overall, a fantastic and comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
