This is a cozy little spot in Crown-Heights. There’s a ton of great stuff in the area, delicious restaurants, friendly little bodegas etc. You’re close to some parks as wells and close to the Utica Ave. stop where you can catch the 3 and 4 easily into other parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan. Eli is easy to communicate with and the check in/check out was easy. We had a great stay

Looks a lot nicer in the pictures, and the pics do not show the outside either. The house is just worn and shoddily put together in general. The sheets, blankets, and bath towels were all very old, worn, and stained. The soap containers were not filled. It was cleaned but not well.Electrical outlets, tvs, etc not placed for easy use. Oddly, the one lamp next to the bed still has a very old tag on it. Some basic work would make this place a much more comfortable stay.
