1 Queen, 1 Small Twin Futon/Sofa. Along with a kitchenette including mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot.
Right off of lake Dunlap/Guadalupe River. A gorgeous rustic cabin perfect for personal trips and couples getaways! There is a pool on the same property just up from the house by the tree houses as well as a hot tub. The house has direct river access for swimming, fishing, and water recreational activities like kayaking or boating. There is a boat ramp on the property as well. Next to Lakeside suite is a farm house called the bamboo house. If needed you can rent that along with lakeside to sleep a total of 12! Lakeside suite has a car port that fits two, you will see the backside of the house when you pull in to park.

Great little cabin! Bring your camp stove or hob, or charcoal,if you want to cook! I cooked with my cast iron and my old white gas Coleman stove! The kitchenette has a fridge freezer, and microwave. I hope you will have ice trays, my wife accidentally packed them in our cooler. I informed Tom, and offered to pay for them. He was gracious, and declined. His business part and he are both attentive, friendly, and the grounds are rugged and lovely! The pool is awesome, the hot tub is HOT! The river is super accessible. We are looking forward to coming back here with more folks and the kids. There are several houses, everything is, as my wife said, “super cute!” I am on my phone, but hope to write out a better review for this property that is more descriptive. Come give this place a spin! I highly recommend it. In the words of The Terminator, “I’ll be back.”

Only downside was no stove, but there are outside grills for cooking. Was perfect for our anniversary get away.

My wife and I really enjoyed it, and are already planning our next stay. Other than the Netflix not being available, and being limited to just a few channels, it couldn't have been better. And quite honestly, we need to be outside anyway. We would stay again, and look forward to doing so.

We stayed the weekend and had a relaxing time.The cabin was cozy and the view was beautiful!Just feet away from the river where we enjoyed a day of fishin…Tom the host was great with communication and prompt to awnser any questions we had…We look forward to coming back.
