About this villa rental
Villa MATKOVIĆ in Split (Kučine) with a private pool, 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, a traditional tavern/kitchen, terrace, balcony, secured parking for up to 4 cars and the best view over Split. Suitable for families, couples, company holidays etc. Perfect for a relaxing and private holiday but close to the main activities. The interior and exterior added up make up to 600m2 overall. Close to Split, 10 minutes distance with a car.
The space
The exterior consists of a pool and a large terrace, with deckchairs for sunbathing alongside the sunshades (parasols), a large table together with chairs. There are some additional outdoor sofas/armchairs just under the green tree which provides natural sunshade, making it an ideal setting for hanging out during the day and evening.
The interior is made up from 4 bedrooms, with each one uniquely decorated. Next you have a large living room, with a sofa-bed, table, chairs, TV, and next to it a more modern and up to date kitchen. The place is ideal for 10 adults. At the same time, inside the villa, there is a traditional dalmatian tavern / kitchen with a fireplace for preparing meals, comfortable benches and a table made of wood, providing a distinctively cozy and warm atmosphere. Villa has 4 bathrooms as well.
Other things to note
We know, plans can change. We aim to be flexible. If you cancel, despite the default cancellation policy, we give a 50% refund, with the possibility of a higher refund or a voucher for future use.
This luxurious villa is rented only as a complete unit so you will have private access to all inner and outer spaces of the villa.
Check ins (arrivals) and check outs (departures) should be on Saturdays, but we are flexible so feel free to message us beforehand.
Quiet hours are between 23:30h-8:00h (general house rules in Croatia), so that applies to villas as well. This means that outside noise levels should be moderate, normal, during that period.
This is a holiday home, not a party house, therefore it's more suitable for families, couples or business trips. It's not for large young groups of friends due to bad past experience.
