Great place to stay with large group, very nicely done, room for everyone, open kitchen area, short ride to BOA stadium. Would stay again.

The positive is that it's a nice location and a nice layout but the furnishings and supplies were substandard, the construction was somewhat shabby (finish on steps chipped, lose stair tred, jiggling faucets, crooked outlet covers, etc), and the backyard was not landscaped (bags of mulch and piles of rocks). Only 5 glasses for a property with 8 guests! The manager did promptly have some glasses delivered along with mixing bowls because there were none. The set of dishes were cheap plastic. No tissues. Paper accordian blinds in the dining room that you had to manually fold up and then secure with a clothespin but there weren't enough closepins to raise all of the blinds, even if you could reach high enough to raise them. Fake fireplace. Dirty floors and the hand soap in all of the bathrooms and kitchen were so diluted with water that you could barely get any suds. Only seating for three in the living room area? Furniture not laid out as shown in the photos, large dining table crammed into the breakfast nook area, which only could then seat 6 people, instead being placed in the dining room. This is not up to par with other vacation rental properties we have stayed in. I think other renters will also be disappointed. This had a corporate, institutional feel, as opposed to a property where owners took pride in their property.
