Welcome to South Park Charlotte! This home has recently been upgraded with all brand new furnishings & appliances. Cozy, warm and rustic feel with friends and family. Coffee lover friendly kitchen. Expansive deck area for entertaining or a romantic night in. Dog friendly. Desk area to work from home. The property is exactly as described in the app. The bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is full sized and fully equipped.The coffee bar is the best that I have seen, with a Keurig, a Nespresso, and a 12-cup drip coffee pot. For those of you who prefer a French Press, there are two available.The kitchen table sits 4, while the dining room table seats 8 comfortably.The front room has a sectional couch that easily seats 8 adults. The den has another large couch and seating for four. The entire home is well decorated. The washing machine and dryer are in a room adjacent to the kitchen, with a Powder Room next to it. The home is complete with all of the cleaning gear that you will need.Check in was easy, as the owner contacted me 24 hours in advance with all of the needed information.We did contact the property manager about the powder room toilet that began to leak late Friday night. She immediately answered and scheduled a plumber to come in early Saturday morning. He arrived on time and replaced the entire toilet. He was very professional and actually demonstrated how to use the toilet before he departed. We did send the property manager a text concerning a few cosmetic issues. She immediately responded and thanked us for the information. The bedding could use some upgrades due to wear and tear. Be prepared for a steep driveway, that will park three vehicles. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood.

Clean house with fenced in back yard for pets. Trash needs to be taken out to street. All 4 cans where filled.
