***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.

LOVED this beautiful room in this historic house. Enjoyed the common areas and the heated pool. Sitting on the front porch having a drink and playing cards...perfect.Great location close to historic harbor and not too far to get to all that we love on Duvall:)

There was no on-site host, room was adequate, convenient location. No privacy in the bathroom, as the door would not close, also, the ceiling fan did not work.
