Ramon, who greeted us at the front desk, was very welcoming and helpful. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. The room was nice but needs some maintenance work to get up to five stars. The facility is nicely located to the marina and the waterfront and only a short five blocks to Duvall Street. We would stay here again.

Greg who was on the front desk at our check in was awesome. Parking is always a challenge in Key West but he gave up his parking spot so that we were able to park in front of the hotel. That was going “above and beyond” as far as we were concerned. Thank you Greg. You’re the best.
