A holiday home in a very good location with walking distance to the fine sandy beach. Proximity to Mellbystrand center and a valued leisure area. Several annexes form a protected framework around a lovely courtyard with a heated saltwater pool and comfortable outdoor furniture. There is space here for all the family's activities. A holiday paradise suitable for more than one family. In the main cabin there is a living room and an open kitchen. All equipment and a modern TV with chromecast are available here. The bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower. In the glazed conservatory there is a dining table. Around the beautifully framed patio are several guest cabins. The largest annex has an open kitchen with living room. Here there is a sofa bed (140cm). Here, too, there is a fully tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. As an alternative for the slightly older children, there is a sleeping loft with mattresses on the floor. There is a TV with many satellite channels. The smaller guest cabin has a double bed and TV. Attached to the garage is a bedroom with two single beds and a TV. The heart of the house is the framed courtyard. Around the saltwater pool (heated week 21-35) there is everything and a little more for lovely family days. There is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, a large dining table, comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers, all tastefully combined with lush plants and protected from view. Only a short walk or bike ride takes you to the lovely beach. Nearby is also Hökarfältet's fine exercise facility with barbecue areas, outdoor gym and sauna. At a convenient distance is Mellbystrand's summer center with several restaurants, small shops and the Strandhotellet. Just to the south you reach Skummeslövstrand and then the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. The town has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. In winter, you have Vallåsen's ski resort a short drive away. There are also several wonderful hiking trails on Hallandsåsen. For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the area. The nearest is Laholms Gk.
