Welcome to a nice house in white limestone with the sea next door, only 300. Here is the very well-known beautiful sandy beach which is Sweden's longest swimming beach. Here you can live well, among sand hills and beach you can enjoy in cozy cottage areas. The cabin accommodates the larger group or the larger family. The house is a year-round villa built with white limestone. If you are tired of the sea and sand, you can walk 3 km towards Restaurant Delfinen. Here there is a simple outdoor pool, simple food, outdoor activities. Entry is paid on site. Further on you reach the center of Mellbystrand with shops and a grocery store. To the south, the development turns into Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. Nearby there is a shopping center and in the area there are a large number of summer activities, e.g. tennis, paddle and mini golf. Just south of you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. There are excellent cycling routes to the north and south. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. The area is a total of 140 m2 including a glazed conservatory of 20 m2 with room for more than 12 people. There is also a barbecue area under the roof and outdoor furniture. In the living room there are two sofa beds (140 x 200 cm) and a total of 11 sleeping places are available including a folding extra bed + a thick (12 cm) mattress. The kitchen is equipped with two fridge/freezers and nothing is missing here. Hygiene areas and kitchen are newly renovated to a very good standard. The house is located on the same street/road as object 57052. The property's address was changed a few years ago from Norra Kustvägen 95 to Rågångsvägen 28 due to changes in mail and garbage collection.
