Summary:
Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for fantastic views in Queenstown and only 450 metres from town, (5 min walk, up a steep hill!) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.

Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.

The Space:
Our home is a large, spacious retreat featuring an open plan design with high ceilings in the living areas, making it the perfect holiday getaway for families, three couples, or groups of friends. The three very comfortable bedrooms offer super king-size mattresses that can be split into singles to cater to a variety of guest arrangements.

Every room boasts spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu, the Southern Alps Mountain Range, Queenstown village, and the Gondola, allowing you to watch the fantastic colors change throughout the day as the sun rises and sets. Relax on the balcony after a day of skiing or hiking, or unwind on the large, comfy couch with a glass of amazing local wine.

The master bedroom features a private ensuite with a shower and toilet, while the main bathroom also has a shower and toilet. Additionally, there is a third toilet in the separate guest restroom on the same level as the living, dining, and kitchen areas.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking, a microwave, a smoothie blender, a rice cooker, a toaster, and a gas stove cooktop. Enjoy entertainment on the internet-connected 55-inch TV, and stay comfortable with heating, air conditioning, and a cozy gas fireplace. High-speed fibre internet access is available throughout the home.

Other conveniences include a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an ironing board, an iron, a hair dryer, high-quality bed linen and towels. The home also has a dedicated parking space for one car, with additional visitor parking available.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Please note, no pets, no smoking indoors, and no parties are allowed.

While this property is a short walk from town it is located off a steep hill and is ideal for guests who are travelling by car and or don't mind the walk!

A maximum of six guests is permitted, with at least one guest over the age of 25.

Bedroom 1: Super King Size Bed (Can Be Split Into 2 Singles)
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds (Can Be Made Into 1 Super King Size Bed)
Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds (Can Be Made Into 1 Super King Size Bed)
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.
We can cater for couples, individuals or a mixture of both.

You will have full access to the entire house.
The complex is situated at the top of a steep but short hill.
Please note: There are two flights of stairs inside the unit.

The Neighborhood:
Downtown Queenstown is only a short 5-min walk from the apartment.

The house is at the base of the Queenstown Hill walking track... where you can hike up for mind-blowing 360 degree views of the local area. Take in the spectacular views of the Remarkables, Lake Wakatipu and the gorgeous Otago scenery.

Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that the hot water cylinder is not unlimited and only has a 200 Litre capacity. Having a bath or several long showers will reduce the hot water supply significantly. Recovery time for the water to heat up again is approximately one to two hours. We recommend limiting your showers to approx. 5 minutes each person to conserve enough hot water for everyone.
