With floor to ceiling glass windows across the whole front of the apartment, you can relax and enjoy the full majestic lake and mountain view. Fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, laundry and living/dining room.

A one-bedroom apartment on a single level, in the Villa Del Lago complex on Frankton Road. The living areas look out to lakeview & mountain views.
Bedrooms: One bedroom, with lakeview & mountain views.
Bathrooms: There is 1 bathroom in this property: Bath with overhead shower.
Living areas: Open-plan living and dining areas with smart TV.
Balcony: There is a small courtyard that has lake and mountain views with table and chairs.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Villa Del Lago is set on the lakeside of Frankton Road — a small, private complex with magnificent lake and mountain views, situated right above the Queenstown Trail.

Stairs: external stairs only (42 steps from the carpark)
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
