The 64m² apartment "Le patio" can accommodate up to 4 people. The living room offers a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the ocean. The apartment benefits from modern equipment, it is very bright and accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The entrance to the property opens onto the very bright living room.
On the left, the bathroom equipped with a single sink, a shower, an integrated toilet, a washing machine (hairdryer available).
On the right, a large cupboard to store your belongings. Following from the bathroom, a large bedroom equipped with a 140 cm bed with direct access to the patio (table and chairs available) on which you can sunbathe in peace. Storage is also available in this room.
A corridor that allows access to the patio through another entrance is equipped with an office to be able to telework with a view of the pool.
The open living room is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, hood, induction hob, kettle, toaster...)
Meals are made around a large standing table; stools for seating.
The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people and a bench for one person. Television available.
The Residence's swimming pool is accessible from June 15 to September 15. It is unheated.

It is reserved for people living in the residence.
A parking space is allocated to you; bicycle room available.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge as well as the beds made. Duvets and pillows available
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the property
Nocturnal disturbance is punishable by the intervention of the police. Internal rules requiring calm in the Residence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

PLEASE NOTE: any arrival after 20:00 and until 22:00 will be charged an additional 30€ on site. FROM 22:00 to 00:00 the arrival will be charged 50€ additional to be paid on site. No departure before 6:00 in the morning.
From 6:00 am to 8:00 am any departure will be charged an additional 30€.
