Arrive to a peaceful and private gated neighborhood, to find "Grand Isle 30A" (formerly "Bellaboo's Beach Place,") perfectly situated at the edge of the locally famous, resort-style Cypress Breeze Pool!
The exterior of the home is tastefully landscaped, and you'll have access to a 2-car garage for additional parking, beach gear, etc.

Entering the home, modern coastal finishes immediately set your mind to vacation mode. Beautifully constructed in 2020, the home combines a perfectly quaint southern-front-porch vibe out front, with a spacious, flowing, 2-story living space inside.
On the first floor, ground level, you'll find the master bedroom, which features a king-size bed, walk-in shower, and views to the porch and pool! Coastal beach decor and light/inviting colors really make the master bedroom a wonderful retreat.
On the 2nd floor, you'll find the bunk room with it's own private bathroom, large closet, extra reading lights, ship-lap nautical finishes, and a flat screen TV.
The 2nd floor also includes 2 separate bedrooms, adjoined by a Jack-n-Jill bathroom, each featuring a full-size bed and amazing views down to the pool!
The 2nd family room/den is also located on the 2nd floor. Here you'll find a comfy wrap-around sofa, a large flat screen TV, and game table! The family room also features an office desk, creating the perfect space in case you need to knock out a little work during your visit.
The beach is an easy bike ride, or moderate walk from your front steps. A convenient and safe walking path runs alongside the roadway all the way to the beach. About a 1/2-mile door-to-door, you'll find the Gulf Place Beach access with plentiful parking, rest rooms and lifeguards on duty in peak season.
If you're looking for a place with an outstanding pool, you cannot beat Cypress Breeze! The home is located on the amazing neighborhood pool. At about 13,000 square feet, with multiple waterfalls and grottos, it's one of the largest community pools in all of Northwest Florida! Pool hours are subject to change. *You must be at least 25 years of age to book this home. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone
*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.
*The Cypress Breeze neighborhood does not allow street parking. All vehicles must fit within the perimeter of the driveway and cannot overhang into the street. Overflow storage options may be available locally, but are not guaranteed - be sure to plan ahead, as overflow storage is not available or permitted on property.

One word to describe it is WOW! The house was the perfect size for our family of 10. The house was spotless. Kids loved the bunk room! The resort style pool was amazing, and access to the beach was so easy with the golf cart. We hope to return in the future, and we would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone!

Highly recommend this property! The house and community are beautiful. The house was super clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils. Our favorite was the resort style pool and close location to the beach. We utilized the cruiser bikes to cycle down to the beach frequently during our stay. It's just a short bike ride to get there. The beaches are also beautiful. We would definitely recommend!

The house was amazing. Kim and Andy so so helpful for VRBO first timers! Everything perfect as promised. We will be back! Perfect rooming situation for our family of 7. Everything we had for our stay was there and we lacked for nothing. 5 star++ rental.

What an experience! Great place that exceeded pictures and expectations. This is a beautiful house in the perfect location. Minutes from the beach. Plus, the swimming pool area behind the house is amazing!!! Best ever!!
