Welcome to 30A Sandcastle, your spacious and stylish beach retreat in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach! This beautiful 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is spread across three floors, making it the perfect layout for large families or multiple groups traveling together. With two distinct living areas, everyone can find their own space to relax and unwind.
The main floor features a bright, open-concept living and dining area that flows into a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a breakfast bar. After a day at the beach, gather for a family dinner or relax on the private balcony. The entire home has been recently renovated and professionally furnished to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay.

As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights with $1500 in damage protection for your peace of mind. An additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Cancellation Policy: Guest receives full refund (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Great property and layout within a calm, well-developed community. Very clean and comfortable for large groups. Plenty of space and equipment available around the property to enable quality group activities, such as game nights and bbq dinners. The neighborhood pools offer options for all ages and are quite large. We enjoyed our time in Santa Rosa Beach and the close proximity to public beach access was extremely valuable.

Great stay! Very clean house that matches the pictures and we fit 4 cars in the driveway easily which was helpful with family coming in from different areas. Even with a toddler and 2 babies, the pool and beach were both in walking distance and the host had a beach wagon (as well as other beach items) provided in the garage. The pool was huge so even when there were a lot of people there, there was plenty of room to have an area to ourselves still. There were several grocery options within a very short drive and the grill at the house made for easy cooking for lunches and dinners. We also drove over to some of the other parts of 30A like Seaside for shopping and it was an easy drive. We did rent a golf cart through the host as well and that was great to have!

This home is a great beach destination for large families. The home is spacious for large families with everything you will need for your vacation. We had 16 adult family members. Beautiful community pool and great location to the beach. Owner was quick to respond to anything we needed. Would definitly rent this beach home again.
