Great location and preferable to a hotel, even for a short stay.
A good experience from start to finish. Clean, comfortable and well equipped the property is a good place to stay for several nights. Good furniture in the house and conservatory and well located, the property gets my thumbs up
Confusing light switches!! Some labeling would help as trying to work them all out took time. A table , or somewhere to eat in the main house would be useful as the conservatory was very cold in winter.

Excellent stay!
House was very clean and had great facilities and utilities. Everything was labelled so was easy to find everything. The beds were very comfortable and it was very big for the 3 of us - great price as well. The ubers into manchester were about 10/12 GBP, which is not bad, but the train station isn't too far away and cheaper than that. Close to an Aldi as well and the area was quiet. The host was very accommodating and good communication with them as well. i would stay here again.
The shower pressure was a bit low but that is me being very nit picky - it was a very enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable and cozy!
The property was very clean and in a lovely area, the property owner very kindly let us check in an hour earlier which was extremely helpful. The beds were very comfy and a great place to stay after a long concert! Also liked that there were fans in the bedrooms with the warmer bedroom! And the bottles of water in the fridge were an added bonus aswell!

Spacious for two couples, very clean and staff allowed us in 1 hour early upon request. Used property when visiting Oasis concert at Heaton Park.
