Good communication, self-check-in, 5 minutes walk to u-bahn, supermarkets in the area, comfortable bed, clothes ironing and washing facilities, good overall condition of the apartment, coffee machine, with complimentary pods for the first day. Also dishwasher pods were provided.
Pretty thin walls, quite normal in an old building. While the reservation was for 3 people, the beds were prepared for 2, but we did not raise this, as the sheets were in the wardrobe and we solved it pretty fast.

The location is great , building is nice and clean. The hosts were great and very responsive!
No elevator to the high third floor is a challenge when you carry the heavy suitcases. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable but are manageable for a few nights.

Nice apartment layout, decent size and clean.
Noisy metal bed, construction going on starting at 7am, 7th floor without an elevator (it was 7 set of stairs) we were told 3rd floor but that’s not true carrying up luggage or groceries was a nightmare! Noisy neighbors, no oven.
