La posizione.
La descrizione della struttura è fuorviante. Non era specificato al momento della prenotazione che la stanza si trova all’interno dell’appartamento della proprietaria e che il bagno è condiviso con loro. Inoltre, il bagno non mi è sembrato particolarmente pulito. Si tratta di un’informazione fondamentale: se lo avessi saputo, non avrei prenotato. Ho già chiesto il rimborso a Booking. Mancanza di trasparenza molto deludente.

D' accordo che è una casa privata ma se adibiscon una camera e un bagno x ospiti deve essere tutto suo senza roba dei proprietari nell' armadio o nel bagno anche la cesta della loro biancheria sporca , il letto senza copri cuscini adeguati o coprimaterasso ,quasi a diretto contatto con quest,i lenzuoli macchiati pulizia mancante e odore di fumo ,diciamo che stavamo più fuori possibile x rientrare a dormire essendo stanchi morti ......mai più e prezzo come albergo di lusso ..... È vergognoso!!!!

bene per una sosta veloce di passaggio in città
bella zona, bel palazzo, bella posizione; camera grande e pulita
qualche problema per la gestione dell'orario check in. E' stato gestito ma mi ha creato dei problemi organizzativi.
